The initial asssignment will be to a high profile project based in Coventry, UK for a period of approximately 7 months with possible extensions then back to Dublin permanently. Workrking within a multi-disciplined team, they will have a range of testing responsibilities and must have a working knowledge of the complete application test life cycle.
For the duration of the project assignment in Coventry, an attractive overseas allowance will apply in addition to base salary.
RESPONSIBILITIES will include some or all of the following
· Testing in a formal manner, completing execution and full documentation of the results, reporting errors when found. · Writing test cases to the defined standard ensuring that adequate coverage is achieved within the test cases · Reporting on test results in accordance with the defined standard;
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Must have
Minium of 3 years in a similar role, Working knowledge of the complete application test life cycle · Initiative and be able to work with minimum supervision* Willingness to travel
Any of the following would also be desirable: · MS Office experience · Good multi-platform IT technical awareness including Linux, Mainframe · Experience of automating testing,
